Customer reviews:
- A charming apartment in a great location in Le Marais, just half a mile from the Seine. It’s a small space, but it has everything you need for one person to live comfortably. I love all the natural light and the view of the Paris rooftops.
- We had a wonderful time in Paris this summer. The apartment, though very small, was comfortable (fortunately, it was a cool summer), clean, and well-equipped (except for the two chairs at the dining table). The windows face south, and I imagine the apartment could get quite hot if the summer had been warmer than it was. The appliances and bathroom fixtures were fairly new and everything worked well. Being on the fifth floor with no elevator wasn’t a problem for us, but it might be for someone else. It’s located in the northern Marais (3rd arr), which is a great area because it’s near food markets and great cafes, just two blocks from the metro, and within walking distance of Notre Dame, the Seine, and the Left Bank/Latin Quarter. The apartment building was quiet inside, but since the Marais is quite a lively area, there was a lot of noise from outside, which is bearable if it’s cool enough to keep the windows closed at night. Our landlord was very friendly and accommodating—except for replacing the two uncomfortable dining chairs.
