The owner wants us to call the apartment a “three-room apartment,” but this means using the kitchen as both a kitchen and a living room, and treating both the bedroom and the living room as two separate bedrooms. You can therefore also call the apartment a “two-room apartment” if you do not want to use the living room as a bedroom.
