The apartment is located on Ruede la Ferronnerie, a historic little street in the Les Halles neighborhood, right in the heart of Paris. The street dates back to as early as 1229 and was named after the blacksmiths (ferronniers) whom Louis the Saint allowed to settle here. The street is also known as the site where King Henry IV was assassinated by Ravaillac on May 14, 1610—a historical marker still stands at the site. Today, the street is bustling with shops and restaurants and is within walking distance of the Forum des Halles, the Louvre, and the Centre Pompidou—a perfect location for those who want to live right in the heart of Paris’s history and vibrant atmosphere.
