Quai de Bourbon – 4th arrondissement
Studio · 2 people · €1,695 / month
Stay in the charming 4th arrondissement! This is a cozy apartment for up to 2 people in a fantastic location, part of the “Best Choice Collection.” Living room with a double bed, table, chairs, TV, and window. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi, washing machine, bed linens, towels, and fully furnished. Please note! The building is old and charming, so the ceilings are relatively low.
The apartment is located on Quaide Bourbon on Île Saint-Louis, one of Paris’s most exclusive and charming addresses. The quay was built in the 17th century and was originally called Quai d’Alençon, before being renamed in honor of the House of Bourbon. Numbers 9–11, in particular, were historically situated on the picturesque “ruelle aux vaches” (cow alley), a small alley that has existed since the island was first settled. Here, you’ll enjoy views of the Seine and Notre-Dame in the distance, surrounded by beautiful 17th-century buildings and cobblestone alleys. Île Saint-Louis is known for its peaceful, almost village-like atmosphere in the heart of Paris, with plenty of small shops, ice cream parlors, and cafés—and yet just a few minutes’ walk from the Marais and Île de la Cité.
